Come and meet our Team.........both Office and Outdoor! |

Matthew has spent over 10 years working within the Charitable Sector and is considered an expert in Donor Management and Acquisition - maybe that's why he's so good here working on Events! Matt's your point of call for flights and finance and he's always ready for a laugh and to chat football! Together, both Matt and Pete head up the Team at Global and have been running the day to day business for over 2 years.

Pete has spent the past 7 years working in the Charitable Sector, and the past 5 years focusing solely on Overseas Challenges. Peter was the first member of staff at Global, and has helped develop the calendar of events from just 7 in 2003, to over 35 in 2007! His enthusiasm for event fundraising is infectious and he's always up for a good chat regarding the Challenges. Pete has completed nearly all the events, so he's your man for questions and still has time to join the odd one! He's also responsible for sales and working with our Charity Partners.

Daniel has been in our Team since the very early days and is responsible for all our IT, websites, Database etc.........all the stuff everyone else can't do!
|
| Jane came to Global after working with a large commercial Travel Agency and has brought a wealth of knowledge to us! She's your first point of call when contacting us.....that's if she hasn't popped out to get a bacon butty! She loves her Hot Tub and constantly reminds those who haven't got one, that she has! | |
| Angella first met Peter and Matthew years ago working in fundraising and since then, went off to lead a happy life bringing up her children. Looking for a new Challenge, and desperately missing the world of fundraising events, Angella was appointed this role at the start of 2007 and is now developing our Events Management Company - GEM. It's a pleasure to be working with her again and her questions never cease to amaze us in the office! A mum, and a super mum at that! | |
|
What can we say about our Teri? She's a STAR! Loved by everyone who travels with her, she has a keen eye for detail and will ensure you obtain a great experience from your Challenge. Teri has been with us from the very beginning and The Borneo Challenge is her bag! Never shy of a dance, Teri is a true and significant part of the Global Team and we really couldn't imagine trips without her.
She's bionic! An integral part of the services we provide and everyone who travels with her is privileged! |

Dr Sneh Khemka qualified from Edinburgh medical school in 1999, and since then has gone on to pursue a number of interests, both in and out of medicine. He’s been involved in an array of trips, ranging from cycling across Mexico, Cuba and Vietnam to trekking the Inca Trail in Peru and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. He’s worked on husky trails in Lapland, horse treks in Mongolia and jungle trips in Papua New Guinea, but far from being tired of globe-trotting, he’s always on the lookout for the next adventure. In other roles, he has worked for the British Diplomatic Service and you’ll even see him working as a TV doctor! Sneh is a medic for Global Adventure Challenges and looks forward to meeting you on future trips." |

Stef is one of the newest additions to the Global Team, and we're delighted to have her on board. Stef met Pete trekking to Everest Base Camp - her enthusiasm for cycling, plus her vast experience of taking part in Overseas Charity Cycle Challenges landed her the job! She's so passionate about cycling, she'll ensure you get a great experience from your Challenge and she'll always got time for a song.......even if it is out of tune! |

Mike Hammond Dog Sled Expedition Leader |
Mike H is a true fanatic of Huskies, as is his mate, the other Mike below! Peter literally bumped into both Mikes whilst dog sledding in Lapland and Mike H and Mike T are now our official Dog Sled Leaders! He has 10 of his own Huskies and when he's not leading our trips, he's seen with his dogs up and down the country racing! |
|
Mike Turner Dog Sled Expedition Leader |
As Mike H, Mike T is also our official Dog Sled Guide. He's funny, enthusiastic and best mates with Mike H above. Mike T also owns his owns Huskies and is often out and about with Mike H......talking Huskies.....naturally. |

Dawa Sherpa Nepalese Expedition Leader |
Dawa is our man in Nepal and those who have trekked with him, are now his friends for life. He's honest, enthusiastic, safe, and a fountain of knowledge - a trip to Nepal without Dawa is just not the same. He's from Lukla, which is where we start our Everest Base Camp Trek and has lived in the mountains all his life. A true asset to Global Adventure Challenges. |
