Day 1 - Thursday

We depart from London on our flight to Oslo and upon arrival, we will meet our local guide and then transfer by bus to Lillehammer – the home of Winter Olympics.

We will arrive at our Hotel and have the chance to freshen up and prepare ourselves for the weekend ahead.

Tonight we can eat as a group at the Hotel (dinner included) or participants can do as they wish.

Day 2 – Friday – Adrenaline Activities and Team Building Day

Following our breakfast, we depart by bus for the Lysgårdsbakkene Ski Jump Arena Hall where we have a 22m high TV Tower, from which we will take part in the following activities:-

Abseiling

Box climbing

Pendulum jump

Full safety briefings will be given prior to any participation and the program will last for about 2 ½ hours.

Once we have finished with our ‘adrenaline rush’, we then proceed to the Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena where we will have lunch in a lavvo.

Following lunch, we stay at the Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena for our tobogganing tournament! Firstly, we will have 30 minutes for practise so we can get to know the slopes and then we challenge our Team mates as we race from the top of the slope – approx. 1.5km. Participants should be aware that the toboggans can reach up to 60km/h down the slope!

The rest of the evening is free for participants to do as they wish.

Day 3 – Saturday – Lillehammer Olympic Park

After our breakfast at our Hotel, we take the short transfer to the Olympic Bob and Luge Track for our Ultimate Challenge! Before we set off to conquer this world famous run, our guide will tell us the history of the track and also give us a safety briefing.

To get us warmed up, we start with Bobrafting – a great appetizer for the Challenges ahead. Participants will reach speeds of 80km/h and also experience 3 G’s – a great way to start the day!

After catching our breaths, we then take on the next Challenge – the Bob Skeleton! Each participant will go down this extreme run one by one – travelling 90 km/h with your nose 2.5 cm above the ice, head first!

Following this, we then finish with the best and most exciting activity of them all – the original four man Bob! Participants will feel just what the Olympians do – speeds of up to 120km/h and pulling 5 G’s in the curves – more than a Formula One car!

Upon completion, everyone will receive their own diploma and pin and become members of the exclusive 5 G club. The diplomas and pins will be awarded to each participant at our Celebratory Dinner this evening.

After an adrenaline fuelled morning we enjoy a hot lunch in a traditional Norwegian Lavvo, and the rest of the afternoon is free at leisure.

This evening we head to the Ski Jumping Arena for our final, celebratory meal. There will be great music playing to get us in the mood and the charities/company’s logo will be displayed on the big scoreboards for all to see.

We take the chair life to the top of the Arena to Telemarkstunet Restaurant where our dinner will be served in very special surroundings.

Day 4 – Sunday

Following breakfast, the rest of the day is at leisure until our transfer back to Oslo Airport in order to catch our flight home.
