BREAK is a charity which really lives up to its name – providing holidays, short breaks and respite care for children and adults with disabilities.
While guests enjoy a typical seaside holiday with outings and activities, all catered to their individual needs, their parents and carers have an opportunity to recharge their batteries from the strains of full time caring.
For many people BREAK is a lifeline, helping to relieve the strain at vital times and keep families together through the continuing pressure of caring for a loved one with special needs.
Your help is vital in ensuring that we are able to do this. Consider raising money for BREAK and help other people have time to enjoy the simple things in life that we take for granted.
We will provide you with the ideas, enthusiasm and support to maximise your fundraising potential. Call our Fundraising Team on 01263 820709 to find out more.

like to invite you to make this a year to remember by helping us to help
athletes with learning disability (mental handicap) make the most of
their abilities - we need your help to help them succeed!

their training, development and participation in events is limited. In
fact athletes are as we speak are fundraising for future events They
receive little or no external funding for training, kit, or
participation in events.
You can help
them make the most of their abilities at competition by making sure they
receive the appropriate levels of support when they compete. You can
